Refund Policy:

No refunds will be offered for this event unless the organizers cancel or postpone the event for reasons other than natural disasters, acts of God, global pandemics, wars, terrorism threats, or any other causes beyond the organizer’s control.

Wristband Collection:

Upon presenting an ID and receipt, you will receive a wristband (Party Pass) granting access to the event(s). The promoters will provide details on where to collect your wristbands closer to the event date. The primary contact person must be present to redeem the wristband.

Event Changes:

The promoter reserves the right to add or remove artists or change the event line-up or schedule with at least 48 hours notice to ticket holders.

Entrance and Security:

By purchasing a ticket (Party Pass), you agree to be searched for weapons or illegal items before entering the event. The promoter or venue owner reserves the right to remove any individual, without a refund, whose behavior is deemed dangerous or disruptive.

Wristband Responsibility:

Once you receive your wristband, it is your responsibility to keep it safe. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced, and entry will be denied without a wristband.

Event Postponement or Cancellation:

The promoter or venue owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.

Assumption of Risk:

By attending the event, the ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability occurring before, during, or after the event.
